Through ChARM's PHR Portal (patient health records) you will be able to access your treatment plans and lab results shared to you by Dr. Dashiell. The patient portal is also another great way for you to get in touch with Dr. Dashiell. You can send and share lab results and health documents with Dr. Dashiell through the ChARM message system.
